This is an initial version of our terms, written for SafeDocs's current pre-launch stage — this website only, not the SafeDocs product itself, which doesn't exist yet. These terms will evolve before any public launch. Last updated July 2026.

These terms cover use of this website (safedocs.io) only. SafeDocs the product is currently in development and is not yet available — separate terms will apply once it launches.
The waitlist
Joining the early-access waitlist doesn't guarantee access to SafeDocs, at any particular time or at all. We'll reach out using the contact information you provide when access becomes available.
Intellectual property
The content on this site — including its design, text, and the SafeDocs name and logo — belongs to SafeDocs and may not be copied or reused without permission.
No warranty
This website and the information on it are provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, while SafeDocs is in active development.
Governing law
To be determined and added here before public launch.

We'll update this page as SafeDocs develops. Meaningful changes will be noted here.
