Privacy Policy
This is an initial version of our privacy policy, written for SafeDocs's current pre-launch stage. It will evolve — likely substantially — as the product develops and before any public launch. Last updated July 2026.
Information we collect
Today, this website collects information in one place: the early-access waitlist form. If you submit it, we collect the name, email address, whether you're signing up as an individual, business, or developer, and (optionally) company name, for the sole purpose of contacting you about early access to SafeDocs.
The waitlist form is provided by Tally, a third-party form service. Submissions are stored on Tally's infrastructure, not ours. See Tally's privacy policy for how they handle that data.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not currently use cookies for tracking or set any analytics tracking by default. The Tally waitlist embed may set cookies necessary for the form to function — see Tally's own privacy policy for details. If we enable an analytics tool ourselves in the future, this policy will be updated first to describe what's collected and why.
How we use information
Waitlist information is used only to reach out about early access to SafeDocs. We don't sell personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Data retention
We retain waitlist submissions for as long as they're relevant to early-access outreach, or until you ask us to delete your information.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, at any time by emailing hello@safedocs.io.
Changes to this policy
As SafeDocs moves through private beta toward public launch, this policy will be revised to reflect the product's actual data practices at that time. We'll note meaningful changes here.
